Scope
This standard specifies a method for the determination of phospholipid components and content in soybeans and products by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol in soybeans and products (tofu, soy milk, fermented bean curd, etc.). The linear ranges of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol in this standard are respectively 50 μg/mL~4 000 μg/mL, 100 μg/mL~4 000 μg/mL, 150 μg/mL~4 000 μg/ mL. The detection limits of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol in this standard are: 10 μg/mL, 30 μg/mL and 50 μg/mL respectively.
