- This standard specifies the contents of epoxysulfuron-methyl, thifensulfuron-methyl, fensulfuron-methyl, nicosulfuron-methyl, metsulfuron-methyl, methosulfuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron-methyl, fensulfuron-methyl, bensulfuron-methyl, fluorosulfuron-methyl and chlorsulfuron-methyl in soil. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determination of residual amounts of 13 sulfonylurea herbicides including sulfuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron-methyl, flusulfuron-methyl, and pyrazosulfuron-methyl. This standard is applicable to the determination of the above 13 sulfonylurea herbicides in soil. This standard method contains oxosulfuron-methyl, thifensulfuron-methyl, fensulfuron-methyl, metsulfuron-methyl, methosulfuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron-methyl, fensulfuron-methyl, bensulfuron-methyl, flusulfuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron-methyl, The quantitation limits of flusulfuron-methyl and pyrazosulfuron-methyl are both 0.5 μg/kg, and the quantification limit of nicosulfuron-methyl is 1.0 μg/kg. The linear range of this standard method is 0.5μg/L-200μg/L.
