- This standard specifies the working procedures and technical requirements for the flight test of the independently guided multi-warhead liquid intercontinental strategic missile (hereinafter referred to as "missile") at the launch site. This standard applies to the program assessment, identification and finalization, and batch random inspection flight tests of liquid intercontinental strategic missiles with individually guided multiple warheads at the launch site. Joint training and troop combat training can also be implemented by reference.
