- This standard specifies the procedures and requirements for the testing and life determination of main shaft bearings of military aeroengines (hereinafter referred to as bearings). This standard is applicable to the test and life determination of main shaft bearings of aero-engines, as well as the test and life determination of main shaft bearings of aviation auxiliary power units with independent system functions. The test and life determination of other aviation bearings can be carried out by reference.
