- This standard specifies the main parameter series, model preparation method, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of soft X-ray flaw detectors. This standard applies to soft X-ray tubes with beryllium window sealing. The tube voltage is 10kV ~ 100kV, the rated power supply voltage is 220V, and the frequency is 50Hz. The soft X-ray flaw detector (hereinafter referred to as the X-ray machine) is completely anti-shock.
