Scope

This standard applies to single-run (one-layer I-pass, single-sided welding) and two-run (two-run) welding of steel using supmerged arc welding materials and flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding and self-shielded arc welding. Specifies the manufacturing method and testing method for welded joints (I-layer I-pass double-sided welding).
