Scope: This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of marine fire doors (hereinafter referred to as fire doors). This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and acceptance of marine fire doors on bulkheads of ships and offshore engineering buildings that have "A", "B", "C", and "H" class fire-resistant separation requirements and tightness requirements.
