- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of birch plywood for aviation (referred to as aviation plywood). This standard applies to aviation plywood made of birch rotary-cut veneers that are assembled and hot-pressed with phenolic resin glue or phenolic resin film.
