- This procedure is applicable to the design, construction and quality acceptance of domestic sewage (including residential toilets, washrooms and kitchen drainage, etc.) treatment and facilities in newly built, expanded and renovated villages with a planned service population of less than 5,000 people and scattered rural households. This procedure does not apply to the treatment of wastewater generated by professional farmers, agricultural product processing, industrial parks and township enterprises.
