Scope: This regulation applies to the design, construction, quality acceptance, operation, maintenance and management of water supply and drainage projects for newly built, expanded and renovated commercial public bathing places and community public bathing places. Not suitable for residential baths, beach baths, and medical treatment baths in medical institutions.
