Scope: This standard is formulated in order to meet the needs of natural gas processing plant engineering construction, strengthen the management of the preparation of preliminary design documents for natural gas processing plant engineering construction projects, and unify the content and depth of preliminary design documents for natural gas processing plant engineering construction projects.
