Scope

This part specifies the data transmission protocol of the power system real-time dynamic monitoring system, including real-time data transmission protocol and offline data transmission protocol. This part applies to the transmission of real-time data and historical files between the main station and the main station of the real-time dynamic monitoring system, as well as between the main station and the sub-station.
