- This standard specifies the reagents, equipment, procedures, etc. used for the preparation of ion selective electrode calibration solutions. This standard applies to the preparation of calibration solutions for selective electrodes for sodium ions, chloride ions, fluoride ions, and nitrate ions, and ammonia gas-sensing electrodes. This standard is also applicable to the preparation of the corresponding ion concentration meter calibration solution.
