- This procedure is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of reinforced cushions for foundations of chemical buildings (structures), and can also be used for the design, construction and acceptance of reinforced cushions for foundations of similar buildings (structures) in other industries. Reinforced cushion technology is suitable for the treatment of shallow weak foundations and uneven foundations.
