- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and nomenclature, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of fiber-grade polycaprolactam chips. This standard applies to glossy, semi-dull and full-dull fiber-grade polylactam chips produced using lactam as raw material, referred to as nylon (nylon) 6 chips.
