- This standard specifies the definition, naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of optical fiber distribution frames (hereinafter referred to as ODF). This standard applies to ODF. Other similar optical distribution equipment (such as optical fiber distribution boxes) can also be implemented by reference.
