Scope

This standard specifies the security protection testing requirements for instant messaging business systems in terms of security level protection, security risk assessment, disaster backup and recovery, etc. This standard applies to operators’ self-operated instant messaging business systems, such as China Mobile’s “Fetion” and China Telecom’s “E-Surfing Live”.
