Scope: This part of JB/T 4127 specifies the acceptance items and rules for mechanical seal products, packaging, marking and technical documents, appearance quality inspection, installation dimensions and accuracy of main parts, static pressure test and operation test, storage conditions, use guarantee, etc. This section applies to mechanical seals of centrifugal pumps and other similar rotating machinery. The working parameters are: the sealing chamber pressure is 0MPa ~ 3.0MPa; the sealing chamber temperature is -20°C ~ 80°C; the outer diameter of the shaft (or sleeve) is not greater than 120mm; the rotational speed is not greater than 3 000r/min. Provide users with technical basis for quality inspection and acceptance of required mechanical seal products.
