- This standard specifies the principle, equipment, materials, test conditions and determination methods of the test method of water consumption for standard consistency of cement, setting time and volume stability caused by free calcium oxide. This standard is applicable to Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, pozzolanic Portland cement, composite Portland cement and other types of cement specified by this method .
