Scope
This part specifies the requirements for the manufacturing, testing, inspection and acceptance of manganese-nickel-molybdenum steel forgings for the main flange of the reactor coolant pump of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. This section applies to 16MnNiMo alloy steel forgings for main flanges of reactor coolant pumps in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
