- This part of NB/T 47019 stipulates the ordering technical requirements such as the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, inspection and test rules, quality certificates, etc. of the pipe, and gives the responsibilities, powers and obligations of all relevant aspects. This section applies to carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, low-temperature steel pipes, and non-ferrous metal pipes used in pressure-bearing equipment such as boilers and heat exchangers.
