Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classifications, grades and codes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, storage, packaging and transportation of steel-based wear-resistant composite castings. This standard is applicable to wear-resistant composite castings in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, electric power, construction, shipbuilding, chemical industry, coal and machinery. Other types of wear-resistant composite castings can also be implemented by reference.
