- This standard stipulates the minimum storage period for various special gases. This standard applies to special gases filled in appropriate containers and stored for backup after analysis, and also applies to gases provided by special gas manufacturers and suppliers. In this standard, storage period is considered from the point of view of quality. This standard does not address safety issues associated with extended storage.
