Scope

This standard specifies the emission limits and measurement methods of exhaust pollutants of motorcycles and mopeds under idling and high idling conditions. This standard applies to the type approval, production consistency inspection and exhaust pollutant inspection of in-use motorcycles and mopeds equipped with ignition engines.
