This part of SN/T 2552 specifies the colony counting method of psychrophilic microorganisms at 6.5°C and the rapid colony counting method for evaluating the number of psychrophilic microorganisms at 21°C. This section is applicable to the counting of psychrophilic microorganism colonies in raw milk, pasteurized milk and other heat-treated milk. Other milk and dairy products can be used as a reference.
