Scope

This Recommendation defines the security architecture pertaining to remote mobile financial transactions for NGN. The scope excludes all other financial transactions, as well as transactionsthat use monetary or non-monetary tokens for transfer of value.By organizing a wide range of services with a flexible management and personalization functions,NGN can provide convenient access to Mobile Payment System (MPS) services.
