Scope

This standard specifies the quarantine technical specifications for pseudorabies virus isolation and identification, polymerase chain reaction, rabbit inoculation test, serum neutralization test, enzyme-linked immunosorbent test, latex agglutination test and immunofluorescence test. This standard applies to the quarantine and diagnosis of pseudorabies in entry and exit pigs, sheep, cattle, dogs, cats and other susceptible animals.
