Scope

This standard specifies the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of sulfur in imported and exported high-purity graphite. This standard is applicable to the determination of sulfur content in imported and exported high-purity graphite (fixed carbon content greater than 98%). The element determination range is 0.01%-0.1% (mass fraction).
