Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of aureomycin in feed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This standard applies to the determination of chlortetracycline in compound feed, concentrated feed and premixed feed, with a detection limit of 1 ng and a minimum detection concentration of 4 mg/kg.
