Scope
This part of GB/T(GB/Z) 18700 provides a series of guidelines using the following TASE.2 national standards: GB/T 18700.1-2002 TASE.2 Services and Agreements GB/T 18700.2-2002 TASE.2 Object Model GB /T 18700.3-2002 Functional profile for providing TASE.2 application services in end systems. These standards specify the method of exchanging control center data with strict time requirements. The exchange is carried out by using a wide area network or a local area network that fully complies with the ISO protocol stack. of. They contain provisions to support both centralized and distributed architectures. These standards include real-time semaphore exchange, control operations, time-series data, planning and accounting information, unstructured ASCII or binary files, remote program control, and event notification. However, the style of the TASE.2 standards makes reading the standards somewhat difficult for those who are not familiar with the rigorous grammar of the language used to describe the protocols or who do not understand the overall context in which these standards were developed. In addition, certain types of information are useful to users of TASE.2 but are not necessary to describe the protocol and services provided by TASE.2 and are therefore omitted from the standard and need to be supplemented by this user guide illustrate. 1.1 Intended Audience This section applies to a wide range of readers, from end users who are trying to determine whether TASE.2 is suitable for their data transmission needs to manufacturers who plan to implement TASE.2 functions and provide TASE.2 products. Specifically, this guide is intended to assist the following: - end-users, such as an electric utility that needs to transfer real-time data to and from another electric utility or multiple utilities or other control Evaluate which communication protocol is most suitable; - End users, who have decided to use TASE.2, they need to be guided to purchase TASE.2 products; - End users, who have purchased TASE.2 products, they are concerned about how to correctly guidelines for mapping their actual data to TASE.2 data objects; - end users, who are looking for answers and conventions to practical questions about deploying TASE.2 software and networks; - vendors, who have a framework for implementing the TASE.2 specification For engineering projects, the TASE.2 specification can be implemented as a project-specific or a standard product. 1.2 Structure of this part This part first introduces the concept and background of TASE.2 to provide a framework for understanding the TASE.2 specification, and then describes the various server objects and data objects that make up TASE.2 and their cross-references in the specification. In Chapters 1 through 8 the reader will gain all the basic understanding necessary to use the TASE.2 specification skillfully. The remainder of the guideline (Chapters 9 to 20) presents relevant practical issues arising from the use of TASE.2. 1.3 TASE.2 version This part is prepared for the use of the second edition of the TASE.2 standard, which is the 2000 version.
