Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the energy consumption test of heavy-duty hybrid electric vehicles on the chassis dynamometer or on the road. This standard is applicable to heavy-duty hybrid electric vehicles with a maximum total mass of more than 3.5t. This standard does not recommend the energy consumption test of heavy-duty hybrid electric vehicles under the condition of using air conditioners.
