Scope
This standard stipulates the discharge limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements of characteristic production processes and devices of vanadium industrial enterprises and equipment for water pollutants and air pollutants, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards and other relevant regulations. This standard is applicable to the management of water and air pollutant discharge of existing vanadium industrial enterprises, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, completion environmental protection acceptance and water and air pollutant discharge management of construction projects of vanadium industrial enterprises. This standard applies to pollutant discharge behaviors permitted by law: the site selection of newly established pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", "The Law of the People's Republic of China on Marine Environmental Protection", "The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste", "The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Radioactive Pollution", "The Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment" and other laws, regulations and rules implement. The water pollutant discharge control requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the behavior of enterprises that directly or indirectly discharge water pollutants outside their legal boundaries.
