Scope

This standard specifies the size and performance requirements for the port and stud ends of cylindrical threads for pneumatic transmission. This standard specifies reusable, effective pressure-maintaining sealing devices for leak-proof connections in the pressure range from -90 kPa to 1.6 MPa. This standard applies to newly designed threaded air n and stud ends in pneumatic transmission.
