Scope

This standard specifies the safe operation requirements for the use, maintenance and repair of excavators in hydropower and water conservancy projects. This standard applies to crawler and tire-type hydraulic front (back) shovel excavators powered by internal combustion engines used in hydropower and water conservancy projects. Other projects can be implemented as a reference.
