Scope
This standard specifies the quantitative determination of iron(II) and iron(III) concentrations in oxidic raw and finished materials such as felspar, kaolins, clays, limestone, ceramics, glass, by liquid spectrophotometry. The concentration of the both iron species is determinable in parallel within the range from 10 mg/kg to 1000 mg/kg.
