Scope

This standard specifies the cdma2000 HRPD (Phase 1) air interface technical requirements. It mainly includes default signaling application, default packet application, flow layer, session layer, connection layer, security layer, MAC layer and physical layer. This standard applies to the cdma2000 digital cellular mobile communication system of 800MHz/2GHz high-speed packet data (HRPD) (first stage) technology.
