Scope

This part of GB/T 307 establishes the measurement criteria for the dimensions and rotational accuracy of rolling bearings. Definition in 2002. The measurement and inspection methods specified in this section vary from each other, and the ones provided are not the only explanations. Given that there are other applicable methods of measurement and inspection, and as technology advances, more convenient methods will become available. Therefore, this standard does not restrict the use of a particular method. However, in case of dispute, the methods specified in this section shall be followed. This part applies to the measurement, inspection and acceptance of bearings by manufacturers and subscribers.
