Scope

This standard specifies the composition, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, markings and instructions for use of ophthalmic B-type ultrasonic diagnostic instruments. This standard applies to ophthalmic B-type ultrasonic diagnostic instruments (hereinafter referred to as diagnostic instruments) with an ultrasonic operating frequency range of 10MHz to 25MHz.
