This regulation is applicable to the engineering design, construction and acceptance of plastic pipes for domestic drainage of newly built, renovated and expanded industrial and civil buildings with a height of no more than 100m, gravity drainage of general roof rainwater and condensate drainage of household air conditioning units. The building drainage plastic pipes specified in this regulation include plastic drainage pipes made of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) materials, polyolefin (PO) materials, or a blend of styrene and polyvinyl chloride.
