Scope

This standard specifies the real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction detection method and result determination of cattle and sheep-derived ingredients in feed. This standard is applicable to the qualitative detection of cattle and sheep-derived ingredients in animal-derived feeds, compound feeds, concentrated feeds, and concentrate supplements. The lowest detection limit of this method is 0.1%.
