This standard specifies the production site, factory setting and layout, equipment and facilities, varieties used, production process, technical requirements, labels, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of edible fungi strains. This standard is applicable to the production of edible fungi strains at all levels that do not require accompanying bacteria.
