Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements for SCDMA broadband wireless access systems using code spreading orthogonal frequency division multiple access (CS-OFDMA) working mode, including: system reference model; technical requirements for operating frequency bands, interfaces, functions, services, etc.; base stations , functions and performance indicators of equipment or modules such as business aggregation gateways; requirements such as power supply, environmental adaptability and electromagnetic compatibility; and operation and maintenance requirements. This standard is applicable to network equipment using code-spread orthogonal frequency division multiple access working methods and operating frequency bands that comply with SCDMA broadband wireless access systems stipulated by the national radio regulatory agency.
