Scope

This standard specifies the testing methods and testing procedures for the basic functions, operation and maintenance of home base station gateways and security gateway equipment in 2GHz WCDMA digital cellular mobile communication networks. This standard applies to home base station gateways and security gateway equipment for 2GHz WCDMA digital cellular mobile communication networks that do not support closed subscriber groups (CSG).
