Scope: This standard specifies the design parameters, system installation and debugging, project acceptance, operation management, and selection of pretreatment and post-treatment processes for membrane separation sewage treatment projects. This standard is applicable to projects that use membrane separation methods for sewage treatment and advanced treatment and reuse. It can be used as a technical basis for environmental impact assessment, design and construction of environmental protection facilities, environmental protection acceptance of completed construction projects, and post-completion operation and management. The membrane separation methods referred to in this standard are: microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membrane separation technology. This standard does not apply to membrane separation projects that use membrane bioreactors and charged membranes for sewage treatment and reuse.
