Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements and responsibilities of producers, sellers, installers, maintainers and consumers of urban gas burning appliances in sales and after-sales service activities. This standard applies to the sales and after-sales service activities of gas appliance producers, sellers, installers and maintainers. This standard does not apply to sales and after-sales service activities of industrial gas appliances.
