Scope: This standard specifies the quality requirements for power coal blending raw materials, coal blending schemes and quality requirements for power coal blending products. This standard applies to the production, quality control and sales of power coal blending products used in power plant boilers, industrial boilers, industrial kilns, etc. This standard does not apply to coal used in coal gangue power plants.
