Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the procedures, contents and methods of beach and sea dam body inspection. This standard is applicable to inspections at the stages of construction acceptance, operation inspection, reconstruction and reinforcement of beach dam bodies. Beach, sea and shore facilities, earth and rock artificial islands and other similar projects may be implemented with reference to this standard.
