- Scope
- This part specifies the general requirements for the basic technology and engineering management of mooring and sea trials of surface warships. This section applies to surface ships. It is one of the basic bases for formulating the program and test methods for ship mooring and sailing tests, and also the main basis for inspection, appraisal and finalization of ships and their equipment. Large and medium-sized repairs and refitting ships can also be implemented with reference.
