Scope

This standard specifies the content of equipment reliability, maintainability and supportability (RMS) requirements and the principles, procedures and methods for determining the requirements. This standard is applicable to the RMS requirement demonstration work in the comprehensive demonstration of new equipment development project and the comprehensive demonstration of general requirements for development. Equipment improvement, modification and modification of existing equipment can also be implemented as a reference.
