Scope

This part of GB/T 19902 describes in detail the test methods, relevant test criteria and the statement format used to evaluate and indicate the degree of conformance of an implementation, for example, the degree of conformance of a UUT with specific requirements in other parts of GB/T 19902 . This section includes some detailed definitions to help a manufacturer or supplier (first party), a user or buyer (second party) or an independent organization (third party) for conformity assessment. This part of GB/T 19902 shall include the following: A list of conformance elements, which can be used to judge whether an implementation is consistent with GB/T 19902; Definitions of conformance tests and declarations, used to indicate which conformances an implementation satisfies Elements; Description of each element contained in the conformance statement; A set of rules is used to judge the legitimacy of the combination of multiple conformance elements. This part of GB/T 19902 does not include the following: marking or labeling related to conformity, authorization and content of the manufacturer or supplier's statement of conformity; the date of realization or the distribution of responsibilities between different groups using the standard; Requirements for production, fabrication and delivery processes, unless the absence of these requirements cannot adequately describe a consistent product, process or service; Quality control requirements for the production, operation and delivery of products, processes and services.
